Conveniently located near Umeda station, this hotel offers thoughtful amenities and accommodating housekeeping staff. The family room for four was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.
While breakfast options were limited, and common areas could feel dated, the air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, particularly during warmer days.

The room was super small, which is expected in Japan. The beds were comfy, and I appreciated having a decent closet. But the bathroom definitely needs some love—dated pink tiles and mould on the shower curtain. The carpet also looked worn and dirty, which wasn’t great.
